Evolve Prosthetics & Orthotics was created in 2019 after David Kovach purchased Denham Orthotics & Prosthetics from David Denham. The two Daves had been working side-by-side at Denham since 2004. They built it into a highly respected orthotics and prosthetic shop in Henderson, Nevada.
